SECTION 1 - COLLECTIBLE CONDITION & ACCURACY
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. Because we specialize in high-value collectibles (TCG, Figures, and Master Sets), we provide detailed descriptions regarding "Box Condition" and "Grading." By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all photos and descriptions provided. Minor manufacturer defects on factory-sealed items (e.g., internal paint chips or minor box scuffs) are beyond our control and do not constitute a "defective" item.
SECTION 2 - MARKET VOLATILITY & PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The collectibles market is highly volatile; we do not offer price protection or partial refunds if the market value of an item drops after your purchase. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDER VERIFICATION & CANCELLATIONS
To protect against high-value fraud, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail provided at the time the order was made.
