All Grail Vault orders are dispatched from our secure facility in the United States. We ensure that every item is handled with collector-level care from the moment it leaves our vault until it reaches your door.

We are pleased to offer Free Fully Insured Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements. Whether you are buying a single graded card or a massive master set, the shipping is on us.

3. Processing & Handling

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Carrier: We primarily use USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS to ensure reliable and fast delivery.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of your item being scanned.

4. Collector-Grade Packaging

We understand that the box is as important as the item. We use a professional packaging protocol:

  • Double-Boxing: Standard for all high-value figures and sets.

  • Impact Protection: Heavy-duty bubble wrap and reinforced corner guards.

  • Weather Shielding: Moisture-barrier seals for all graded TCG slabs and paper-based collectibles.

5. Security & Insurance

  • Full Insurance: Every shipment is insured for its total replacement value at no extra cost to you.

  • Signature Required: For your protection, all orders exceeding $500.00 require a direct signature upon delivery. We do not allow "safe drops" for high-value investments.

6. International Shipping

While we ship from the USA, we do offer international delivery to select countries. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7. Delivery Issues & Damage

In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, please contact us at sales.knickety@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging materials as they are required for the insurance claim process.
