Are your items authentic? +
Authenticity is the cornerstone of Grail Vault. Every item undergoes a multi-point inspection. We verify manufacturer seals, hologram stickers (Bandai, Tamashii Nations, etc.), and cross-reference grading registry numbers for all TCG slabs.
How do you package high-value items? +
We use Collector-Grade packaging standards. Every order is double-boxed with reinforced corner protection and heavy-duty bubble wrap. For graded cards, we use moisture-barrier seals to prevent environmental damage during transit.
Where are you located? +
Grail Vault is based in the United States. All orders are inspected, authenticated, and dispatched from our secure facility in New Jersey, USA.
Why is a signature required? +
To ensure the security of your investment, all orders over $500 require a direct signature. This prevents theft and ensures the item is handed directly to you or an authorized recipient.
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 14-day return window. However, items must be in their exact original condition. If a factory seal is broken or a grading slab is tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for return.
