Return & Refund Policy

At Grail Vault, we specialize in high-value, rare, and investment-grade collectibles. Because condition and authenticity are the foundation of our business, we maintain a strict return policy to protect the integrity of our inventory for all collectors.

1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition as received.

2. Condition & Tamper Requirements

  • Factory Sealed Items: Any item sold as "New" or "Factory Sealed" (including S.H. Figuarts, Skylanders, and Master Sets) must be returned with all original factory seals, shrink wrap, and tape unopened and intact. Once a seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.

  • Graded Cards (TCG): All graded cards (BGS, PSA, CGC, etc.) are photographed and logged before shipment. Returns will be rejected if the grading slab shows any signs of tampering, scratching, or cracking.

  • Security Tags: If your item arrived with a Grail Vault security tag, it must remain attached. Removal of this tag voids the return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is" in the product description.

  • Items that show signs of assembly, shelf wear, or damage not present in the original listing photos.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact us at sales.knickety@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's current condition.

  • Authorization: Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be processed or refunded.

5. Return Shipping & Insurance

  • Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Protection: Returns must be shipped via a tracked and fully insured service with signature confirmation. Grail Vault is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier during return transit.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns of high-value items ($500+) to cover original non-refundable insurance and processing expenses.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event of shipping damage, please contact sales.knickety@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include high-resolution photos of the external packaging and the damaged item so we can begin the insurance claim process immediately.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
